At Decorolala, we are committed to delivering your order securely, professionally, and with full accountability. The information below explains how we process orders, fulfill shipments, and support you throughout delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, our team coordinates fulfillment and shipping on your behalf.

How Our Shipping Works
Decorolala is an authorized online retailer working directly with established brands and manufacturers. Many of our products ship directly from manufacturer warehouses — a fulfillment model long used by leading furniture and home retailers.
This approach allows for:

Reduced handling for large or delicate items
Faster and safer delivery from the source

Regardless of where an item ships from, Decorolala remains your single point of contact throughout delivery and beyond.

Shipping Times
Total estimated delivery time is 2–14 business days (processing + transit), depending on:

Your location
The vendor fulfilling the order
Carrier transit times

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary for oversized or specialty items.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within Canada only.
Decorolala is a Canadian‑registered company, and all orders are processed from our office in Canada and shipped directly to customers by our trusted vendor partners.


Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders of $200 or more
A flat shipping rate of $18.95 applies to orders under $200

Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed before checkout.

Carrier selection is based on package size, destination, and vendor fulfillment location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the item and the packaging.
Email the photos to support@decorolala.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once received, our team will work directly with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue.
Photo documentation is required to issue a replacement or further action.

Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and, once confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

Returns Related to Shipping

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible items may be returned within 21 days of delivery.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may always be returned or replaced.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Canada only
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time
