The heat-retaining properties of cast iron and the dish's practical design mean you can present your guests with fish dishes, roasts and gratins straight from the oven. Once on the table, these Staub roastings dishes become the centre of attention and stay warm for a long time. The cast iron oval gratin dish retains heat and distributes it evenly, whether in the oven or placed at the centre of the dining table. The matte black enamel can be used on all heat sources, including induction hobs. It can also tolerate high oven temperatures and is therefore ideal for browning meat before making a gratin. The aroma of the meat is then locked inside, intensifying the flavour of the dish. The oval gratin dish is made much easier to carry by two large handles. With a diameter of 24 cm and a capacity of 1 L, this dish can also be used for cooking larger portions. The surface of this stackable item of cookware is scratch-resistant and therefore has an exceptionally long life. With this Staub gratin dish, you can conjure up delicious dishes for friends and family.

After 21 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

All returns must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened with all original packaging, tags, and labels
• In original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or use)
• Complete with all accessories and documentation
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt required)
Note: These conditions do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Such items may be returned even if opened.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:
• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened health/beauty products (hygiene regulations)
• Bedding, pillows, or mattresses
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Used or installed items
• Items damaged due to improper use or handling
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@decorolala.com within 21 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number, a downloadable return label, and return instructions.
4. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
5. Ship the item back using the carrier specified in your return instructions.
Refund Details
• Items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Costs
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
• All other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Order Changes
Orders may be modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes are not possible. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost, provided the correct shipping address was entered at checkout.
Carriers may require up to 21 days to complete a lost‑package investigation. Once the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement immediately.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours at no cost.
