You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.
After 21 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility Requirements
All returns must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened with all original packaging, tags, and labels
• In original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or use)
• Complete with all accessories and documentation
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt required)
Note: These conditions do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Such items may be returned even if opened.
Customer Remorse Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or similar reasons, provided the item meets our eligibility requirements outlined above.
In these cases:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our refund policy.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:
• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened or used health/beauty products (hygiene regulations)
• Bedding, pillows, or mattresses open or used
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Used or installed items
• Items damaged due to improper use or handling
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@decorolala.com within 21 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions. If you are responsible for return shipping costs, we may provide a return shipping label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
4. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
5. Ship the item back using the carrier specified in your return instructions.
Refund Details
• Items are inspected upon arrival at the return facility designated in your RMA instructions.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@decorolala.com.
Return Shipping Costs
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
• All other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Order Changes
Orders may be modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes are not possible. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will help investigate and resolve the issue. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the shipping address provided at checkout must be complete and accurate, and we may require carrier confirmation that the package is lost. Carriers may require up to 21 days to complete a lost-package investigation. Once the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. If the carrier marks a package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim. Resolution in these cases depends on the carrier’s investigation outcome.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours at no cost.
