How to Initiate a Return
1.     Contact us at support@decorolala.com within 21 days of delivery.
2.     Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3.     Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions. If you are responsible for return shipping costs, we may provide a return shipping label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
4.     Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
5.     Ship the item back using the carrier specified in your return instructions.

Refund Details
•     Items are inspected upon arrival at the return facility designated in your RMA instructions.
•     Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
•     Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
•     Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Costs

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Order Changes
Orders may be modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes are not possible. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will help investigate and resolve the issue. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the shipping address provided at checkout must be complete and accurate, and we may require carrier confirmation that the package is lost. Carriers may require up to 21 days to complete a lost-package investigation. Once the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. Cancellations
