But there are foods that release moisture in a vacuum, such as certain types of cold cuts, cheese and vegetables. ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE drip trays are available in a set of 2 to ensure that such foods also remain appetising and crisp. The drip trays are made of high-quality, BPA-free plastic; they are around 10 mm high and have holes through which condensation drains downwards. This means that the drip trays are also ideal for thawing frozen food.
These practical FRESH & SAVE accessories are in white and have been specially developed for our glass boxes. They fit inside perfectly but are also easily removed, thanks to their side recesses. The drip trays are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. They are also frost-resistant and reusable. The set includes two drip trays: one each for the glass boxes M and L.
