The knife block that is also a sharpening stone: the self-sharpening knife block of the ZWILLING ALL*STAR series does the sharpening for you. How? With the ceramic sharpening stones in the slots of the smooth-bladed knives. They are aligned in such a way that you automatically sharpen the bevel every time you push it in and pull it out - so the kitchen knives stay nice and sharp for a long time. A special feature of the knives are their premium logo applications. You can choose for yourself which colour best suits your kitchen and lifestyle. As you would expect from ZWILLING, the knives impress with their sharpness and quality "made in Germany". They are made of stainless ZWILLING special formula steel and are therefore stable and corrosion-resistant. The ice-hardened FRIODUR blades impress with their edge retention and enable efficient cutting. Thanks to the newly shaped ergonomic handle made of high-quality plastic, the knives lie comfortably in the hand at all times. For fatigue-free work with any cutting technique. You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.
After 21 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

All returns must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened with all original packaging, tags, and labels
• In original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or use)
• Complete with all accessories and documentation
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt required)
Note: These conditions do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Such items may be returned even if opened.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened health/beauty products (hygiene regulations)
• Bedding, pillows, or mattresses
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Used or installed items
• Items damaged due to improper use or handling
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@decorolala.com within 21 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number, a downloadable return label, and return instructions.
4. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
5. Ship the item back using the carrier specified in your return instructions.
Refund Details
• Items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Costs
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
• All other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Order Changes
Orders may be modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes are not possible. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost, provided the correct shipping address was entered at checkout.
Carriers may require up to 21 days to complete a lost‑package investigation. Once the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement immediately.
