The FRIODUR blade with 16 cm blade length has been ice-hardened, a process that improves the flexibility and edge retention of the knife. This makes the carving set especially efficient at slicing, portioning and carving meat. Fine, smooth slices are no problem – even with a crispy crust. Thanks to the newly designed ergonomic handle, the knife always lies comfortably in the hand. By the way, to match the ZWILLING ALL*STAR knives, we have designed new, more sustainable packaging that is 100% plastic-free. This is good for both the knife and the environment.
