Pomp & Sass towels are designed exclusively by our founder Nikky (she/they). These hand drawn styles (AI is not used to develop the art) are designed with you, our amazing customers, in mind. Feedback, praise and constructive criticism are considered when we bring a new style to the market. In this way, we all enjoy the Turkish towels!
Working with our manufacturers in Türkiye, we developed our own line in the highest quality possible. Our manufacturers have helped us to base the quality of the product on the original Hammam Bath towels developed hundreds of years ago. This respectful intercultural collaboration is mutually beneficial. The Canadian/Türkiye embassy has thanked us for working with Türkiye in this way.

A Fun Story about our Turkish Towels
While traveling, Cathy brought a Pomp & Sass towel onto a plane by wearing it like a scarf. She used it as a blanket and rolled it as a pillow during the flight. She tucked it into her cary on after the flight because her destination was warm. When she arrived at her resort she used it at the beach then wore it to dinner as shawl. It washed in the sink and was dry for the next morning. It became a sarong at the pool and dried several times as she went back and forth from the water. During her vacation it was beautiful in photos and made her life easier. Cathys' story is often repeated from other customers.

Absorbent & Fast to Dry:
Turkish cotton is a long stand fibre. When spun into a yarn, it offers a durable, absorbent and soft surface. The way we weave the product maximizes the natural absorbency of the fibre while also allowing it to dry quickly. The resulting towels is highly functional and can be used as a towel, light blanket and many other items.
Pure Turkish cotton can absorb up to 25 times its weight in water.
Are the tassels durable too?
Pomp & Sass tassels are machine washable. You can use this product for years and the tassels still look great. This is based on the average feedback we receive and our internal testing.
Why are these Turkish Towels Not Hand Woven?
Machines offer better quality, consistency and speed in manufacturing. This allows workers to focus on hand finishing the towels by knotting tassels and sewing on the label. In Türkiye, there are no longer manufacturers who offer hand woven Turkish towels. There is only one hand made towel manufacturer left in Türkiye and they exclusively make terry towels. So even if we did want to make people sit endlessly weaving our extremely complex designs (increasing the cost by a massive margin), there are no manufacturers left (that we found) to do it.
Pomp & Sass towels are machine woven and hand finished. Adult men and women are equally hired to hand knot the tassels, sew on the tags, attach the swing tags and pack the boxes. This work is done in the home and office to support accessibility and sustainability out of Denizli Türkiye.
Trademark & Intellectual Property
Pomp & Sass is a trademarked company with exclusive copy rights to all of our styles. Our founder hand draws each style and works with our manufacturer to make the product we sell. We also provide white label and custom styles to other brands.
If you see our styles or products sold under different names or brands, please let us know. Counterfeit products need to be stoped.

You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.
After 21 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility Requirements
All returns must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened with all original packaging, tags, and labels
• In original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or use)
• Complete with all accessories and documentation
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt required)
Note: These conditions do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Such items may be returned even if opened.
Customer Remorse Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or similar reasons, provided the item meets our eligibility requirements outlined above.
In these cases:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our refund policy.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:
• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened or used health/beauty products (hygiene regulations)
• Bedding, pillows, or mattresses open or used
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Used or installed items
• Items damaged due to improper use or handling
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@decorolala.com within 21 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions. If you are responsible for return shipping costs, we may provide a return shipping label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
4. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
5. Ship the item back using the carrier specified in your return instructions.
Refund Details
• Items are inspected upon arrival at the return facility designated in your RMA instructions.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@decorolala.com.
Return Shipping Costs
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
• All other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Order Changes
Orders may be modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes are not possible. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will help investigate and resolve the issue. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the shipping address provided at checkout must be complete and accurate, and we may require carrier confirmation that the package is lost. Carriers may require up to 21 days to complete a lost-package investigation. Once the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. If the carrier marks a package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim. Resolution in these cases depends on the carrier’s investigation outcome.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours at no cost.
If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process.
