Hinoki is a type of cypress wood found only in Japan. It is very light, especially resilient and thus unusually durable. It is also highly water-resistant and therefore can be easily cleaned. Hinoki, which translates roughly to ‘fire wood’, stands out thanks to another benefit – its natural antibacterial properties. The Hinoki chopping board is 35cm long, 20cm wide and 20cm thick. It is made out of a single piece of wood from the tree trunk’s exterior. As a result, the board does not have to be glued together like other wooden chopping boards. • Unused and unopened with all original packaging, tags, and labels
• In original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or use)
• Complete with all accessories and documentation
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt required)

Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

• Bedding, pillows, or mattresses

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@decorolala.com within 21 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number, a downloadable return label, and return instructions.
4. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
5. Ship the item back using the carrier specified in your return instructions.

Refund Details
• Items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Costs
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
• All other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Order Changes
Orders may be modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes are not possible. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost, provided the correct shipping address was entered at checkout.
Carriers may require up to 21 days to complete a lost‑package investigation. Once the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement immediately.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours at no cost.
