Enjoy your toast precisely how you like it. Every time. The premium toaster for two slices in modern ZWILLING design always ensures evenly brown toast even over repeated toasting. It does so by automatically shortening the toasting duration to achieve the desired browning. The 1000 watt toaster's four separate heating elements evenly toast both sides of every slice. The result is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – authentic ZWILLING toast. When it's finished, toast doesn't fly out of the toaster. The soft-lift feature ensures they gently glide up and the built-in extra-lift feature allows even smaller slices to be removed easily from the toaster. Never burn your toast again: This toaster automatically switches off when the preset toasting duration is reached. Even when set to high, toast is never toasted to more than dark brown. The stop button also allows you to instantly stop toasting at any time. Crumbs fall into the easy-to-remove crumb tray. The toaster features seven browning levels as well as three automatic programmes. The warm up feature allows you to reheat cold toast. The thaw feature allows you to toast frozen bread direct from the freezer. And the bagel feature with slice centring allows you to achieve ideal bagel toasting results: crispy on the outside, toasted on the inside.

You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.
After 21 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility Requirements
All returns must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened with all original packaging, tags, and labels
• In original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or use)
• Complete with all accessories and documentation
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt required)
Note: These conditions do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Such items may be returned even if opened.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:
• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened health/beauty products (hygiene regulations)
• Bedding, pillows, or mattresses
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Used or installed items
• Items damaged due to improper use or handling
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@decorolala.com within 21 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number, a downloadable return label, and return instructions.
4. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
5. Ship the item back using the carrier specified in your return instructions.
Refund Details
• Items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Costs
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
• All other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Order Changes
Orders may be modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes are not possible. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost, provided the correct shipping address was entered at checkout.
Carriers may require up to 21 days to complete a lost‑package investigation. Once the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement immediately.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours at no cost.
