The Bologna non-stick granitium cookware features ergonomic heat insulating soft touch handles for the perfect grip for safe and easy handling.

The 5-layer GRANITIUM non-stick coating is also suitable for intensive use at temperatures of up to 250 °C. Thanks to the non-stick coating of the pan, you can almost completely omit with the addition of oil and fats. The heavy-duty forged pan features a stone finish, making it a stylish cookware and serve ware item. The Radiant induction base heats up quickly and evenly, especially on induction hobs, but also on all other types of stoves. 

The red colour of the thermopoint display on the handle lets you know whether the pan has already reached the ideal temperature. A bright green dot indicates the pan has cooled. Turning and stirring are particularly easy, as the pan is flat, scratch-resistant and also suitable for the use of metal kitchen utensils. You can clean the pan in the dishwasher or easily by hand.

You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.
After 21 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

All returns must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened with all original packaging, tags, and labels
• In original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or use)
• Complete with all accessories and documentation
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt required)
Note: These conditions do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Such items may be returned even if opened.

Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:
• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened health/beauty products (hygiene regulations)
• Bedding, pillows, or mattresses
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Used or installed items
• Items damaged due to improper use or handling

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@decorolala.com within 21 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number, a downloadable return label, and return instructions.
4. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
5. Ship the item back using the carrier specified in your return instructions.

Refund Details
• Items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Costs
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
• All other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Order Changes
Orders may be modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes are not possible. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost, provided the correct shipping address was entered at checkout.
Carriers may require up to 21 days to complete a lost‑package investigation. Once the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement immediately.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours at no cost.
If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process.
