The Bond desk lamp by ADS360 is an artistic and functional statement piece to complete your modern industrial decor. Featuring two black cone metal shades affixed to two stems with round decorative ends, the lamp has a matching black metal stem and base. For maximum lighting and aesthetic versatility, both the direction of the shades and the angle of the stems can be adjusted to suit the spacing and lighting needs of any space. Based on the selected positioning, the desk lamp has a maximum height of 33.5 and a maximum width of 36 inches. The lamp's base also features a discreet USB port to conveniently charge your phone or other devices. Operated by touch switches located on the shades, the Bond desk lamp powers two 40W Type A bulbs (not included) and features a 5' black fabric-covered cord. Return Window
You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.
After 21 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Eligibility Requirements
All returns must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened with all original packaging, tags, and labels
• In original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or use)
• Complete with all accessories and documentation
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt required)
Note: These conditions do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Such items may be returned even if opened.

Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:
• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened health/beauty products (hygiene regulations)
• Bedding, pillows, or mattresses
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Used or installed items
• Items damaged due to improper use or handling

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@decorolala.com within 21 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number, a downloadable return label, and return instructions.
4. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
5. Ship the item back using the carrier specified in your return instructions.

Refund Details
• Items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@decorolala.com.

Return Shipping Costs
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
• All other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Order Changes
Orders may be modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes are not possible. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost, provided the correct shipping address was entered at checkout.
Carriers may require up to 21 days to complete a lost‑package investigation. Once the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement immediately.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours at no cost.
If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process.
